We provide diagnostic testing, occupational health, and related healthcare services. All services are subject to federal, state, and local regulations (including CLIA-waived testing standards).

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements.

  • Our testing services do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed provider.

  1. Appointments, Payments, and Cancellation/Refund Policy
  • By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate personal information.
  • Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • Cancellations: Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund, subject to administrative fees.
  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notice, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in cases of duplicate payments, company error, or service unavailability.
  1. Consent to Testing

By booking and attending an appointment, you acknowledge and consent that:

  • You voluntarily request diagnostic or occupational health service.
  • You understand the purpose, risks, and limitations of the test(s) being performed.
  • You authorize the release of results to you and, when applicable, to your employer, insurer, or authorized third party, in compliance with applicable law.
  • You release CNE VitalTest Solutions and its affiliates from liability related to your participation, except where prohibited by law.
  1. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Site for fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is owned or licensed by CNE VitalTest Solutions and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

  1. Limitation of Liability
